z baji Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the z baji platform. By creating an account or placing a bet on z baji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below. Please read this document carefully before using any part of our service.
18+ Only
z baji is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration by or on behalf of minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one z baji account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to suspension. Bonus eligibility applies per player, per household, and per payment method.
Verified Payments Only
All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment methods registered in the same name as the z baji account. Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
Bonus Wagering Applies
All bonuses and free spins are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Full wagering conditions for each promotion are displayed at the time the offer is claimed.
Fair Play Required
Any form of match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting software is strictly prohibited. z baji reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where such conduct is detected.
z baji Decision Is Final
In all disputes regarding bet settlement, promotion eligibility, or account status, the decision of z baji's management team is final and binding after internal review has been completed.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Important: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the z baji platform at z-baji.im, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the z baji platform.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and z baji ("z baji", "we", "us", "our") governing all use of the z baji website, mobile browser platform, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, promotions, and payment facilities.
z baji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the z baji platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with the z baji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and z baji.
1.1 Governing Language
These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from a translation or interpretation in another language, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.
1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Age Verification: 18+ The z baji platform is intended exclusively for players aged 18 years or older. It is an offence to use or attempt to use this platform if you are under 18. z baji employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
To be eligible to register and use z baji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the period in which your account remains active:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are accessing the platform from Bangladesh or another jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited for individual users.
- You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
- You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of z baji or any affiliated company, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless z baji has provided explicit written consent.
- You are not on any self-exclusion register maintained by z baji or any other gambling operator with which z baji has a reciprocal exclusion agreement.
- You have not previously had a z baji account closed for breach of these Terms.
2.1 Proof of Age and Identity
z baji reserves the right to request valid identity documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or official government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by z baji will result in account suspension until verification is complete. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.
2.2 Responsible Use of Player Funds
Players must only deposit and wager funds that they can genuinely afford to lose. z baji strongly encourages players to set personal deposit limits and to take advantage of the responsible gaming tools available within the platform. For further guidance, please visit the Responsible Gaming page.
3. Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one z baji account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. z baji uses technical measures to detect duplicate registrations and will close all duplicate accounts upon discovery, with any associated balances and winnings forfeited.
3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Any material misrepresentation in registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. Updates can be made by contacting z baji support at support@z-baji.im.
3.2 Account Security and Password Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. z baji strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not reused across other online platforms. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. z baji will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify z baji immediately and change your password without delay.
3.3 Account Activity and Inactivity
z baji defines an inactive account as one from which no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more. z baji reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, provided that the account balance is sufficient to cover such a fee and the player has been notified in advance. Accounts with a zero balance that remain inactive for an extended period may be closed without further notice.
3.4 One Account Per Household
Where multiple players sharing the same physical address, IP address, or payment method are detected, z baji reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to one account per household. This policy is in place to prevent promotional abuse and to ensure fair allocation of promotional funds across the z baji player base.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
z baji accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in the same name as the z baji account. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
4.1 Deposit Terms
Deposits are credited to your z baji wallet in real time for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions under normal operating conditions. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take up to fifteen (15) minutes to reflect, depending on the issuing bank. z baji does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which z baji accepts no responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed during z baji's standard operating hours. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account identity verification must be complete and your account must be in good standing.
- Any deposit made by a specific payment method must ordinarily be returned to the same method up to the deposited amount, before alternative withdrawal methods are used.
- Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully satisfied before the applicable portion of the balance can be withdrawn.
- The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your chosen payment method at the time of the request.
z baji reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Players may be asked to submit documentary evidence of their payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad account statement) as part of this process.
4.3 Prohibited Payment Sources
Players must not deposit funds sourced from any illegal activity. z baji maintains the right to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. Any funds identified as being connected to fraudulent or illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited entirely.
4.4 Currency
All account balances, bets, and transactions on z baji are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). z baji does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via international cards should be aware that currency conversion charges may apply at the card-issuer level.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
z baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements displayed at the time the offer is made. General bonus terms applicable to all z baji promotions are set out below.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds credited to your z baji account are not immediately withdrawable. Before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific offer) must be wagered a specified number of times. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
5.2 Bonus Abuse and Promotional Integrity
z baji monitors bonus usage closely. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in disqualification of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account closure:
- Claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, regardless of whether those accounts are registered to the same person.
- Placing low-risk or zero-risk bets (commonly known as "hedge betting" or "bonus scalping") for the primary purpose of meeting wagering requirements without genuine exposure to loss.
- Using bonus funds in game categories explicitly excluded from the wagering requirement for a specific promotion.
- Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms collectively.
5.3 Welcome and Reload Bonuses
Welcome bonuses are available to new z baji players making their first qualifying deposit. Reload bonuses are available to existing players on qualifying subsequent deposits during promotional periods. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Specific eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, and wagering obligations are displayed on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.
5.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions
z baji periodically runs seasonal promotions tied to events relevant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and Independence Day. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own individual terms, which will be communicated clearly on the platform at the time of launch. z baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.
6. Betting & Casino Game Rules
6.1 Sports Betting
All sports bets placed on z baji are subject to the applicable betting rules for each sport and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the market you are betting on and accept the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. z baji reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed under circumstances that constitute an obvious error in the displayed odds (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
6.2 In-Play Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time during an event. z baji does not guarantee continuous availability of live markets throughout any given fixture. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension are valid at the odds confirmed at the time of placement, provided no palpable error applies.
6.3 Casino and Slot Games
All casino games available on z baji — including live dealer titles from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and other providers — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) systems. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage is determined by the game provider and is independent of z baji's platform. z baji is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating within game provider software; in such cases, the game provider's own terms and dispute resolution procedures will apply.
6.4 Bet Settlement
Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant sporting body or tournament organiser. In the event of ambiguity or a delayed official result, z baji may temporarily delay settlement pending confirmation. Queries regarding bet settlement must be submitted to z baji support at support@z-baji.im within seven (7) days of the relevant event concluding. Queries submitted after this period may not be reviewed.
6.5 Maximum Winnings
z baji reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets or across specified market types. Where a maximum payout limit applies to a specific market or product, this will be disclosed on the relevant betting or game page. Any winnings in excess of a stated maximum payout limit will not be credited to the player's account.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Warning: Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and permanent closure of your z baji account without right of appeal.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z baji platform:
- Match-fixing or insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of a pre-arranged or manipulated sporting outcome, or using confidential information not available to the general public.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players, agents, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or sports betting markets.
- Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with casino games on z baji.
- Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a z baji account.
- Identity fraud: Impersonating another person, providing false identity documentation, or registering an account on behalf of a minor.
- Chargebacks: Filing unjustified payment chargebacks or disputes with your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
- Reverse engineering: Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with z baji's platform, software, or security systems.
z baji cooperates with law enforcement agencies and may report evidence of criminal activity — including fraud, money laundering, and match-fixing — to the appropriate authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by z baji
z baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player's account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
- Continued operation of the account presents a risk to z baji, other players, or the integrity of the platform.
- The player has become subject to a self-exclusion order or a legal prohibition from gambling.
Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, z baji reserves the right to withhold any balance, pending bets, or bonus winnings associated with that account. Where no breach has occurred and the closure is at z baji's discretion for operational reasons, the player's verified balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned via their registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.
8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player
Players who wish to close their z baji account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team at support@z-baji.im. Players should ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that any remaining balance has been withdrawn before requesting closure. 8.3 Effect of Closure on Pending Transactions
Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by z baji or the player — all pending deposit requests will be cancelled and returned to the originating payment method. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with z baji's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
8.4 Contact for Disputes and Complaints
Any disputes, complaints, or queries relating to account closure, bet settlement, payment processing, or the interpretation of these Terms should be directed to z baji's support team at support@z-baji.im. z baji aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Please include your registered account username and a clear description of the issue when submitting a complaint to ensure the fastest possible resolution.
